KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Teresa Borino, formerly
known as Teresa Podlesnik, and David R. Podlesnik, in consideration of the sum
of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof
is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, conveyed and
quitclaimed and by these presents do for their heirs, executors and
administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim unto David R. Podlesnik and
Meredith Podlesnik, husband and wife, whose address is 1705 Antelope Street,
Kemmerer, WY 83101, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim
and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in and to the following
described premises to-wit:
Lot 25 in Block 16 in LaBarge Townsite, as surveyed, platted and recorded,
situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
Subject, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and
rights-of-way of record, of sight or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
