I, Shane Johnson, duly elected and acting Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming,.
have granted and sold and do hereby convey to Michael J. Martin ar.d Jennifer
A. Martin, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, 233 Aspen Way, Rock
Springs, Wyoming 82901, their heirs, successors and assigns, in consideration of
the sum paid as high bidders at a mortgage foreclosure sale held on January 22,
2008, at Kemmerer, Wyoming, of that certain mortgage recorded at Reception
No. 882382 in Book 493 at Page 906 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk,
with Centex Home Equity Company, LLC as mortgagee and Daniel G. Rieck as
mortgagor, as evidenced by a Certificate of Sale recorded in Book 685 on Page
816 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, and with the expiration of three
(3) months and thirty (30) days from the date of said sale, without the property
being redeemed as provided by law, the following described property located in
Lincoln County, Wyoming, to have and hold forever, to wit:
LOT 36 OF THE NORDIC RANCHES DIVISION NO.3, LINCOLN COUNTY,
WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF;
With an address of 272 Saddle Drive, Etna, Wyoming;
Together with all improvements situated thereon and all fixtures and
appurtenance~eto.
