STEVEN ROBERTS, a single man, grantor, for and in consideration of
Ten and NO/100 ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration,
in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does CONVEY AND
WARRANT to BATILEFIELD, INC., a Wyoming corporation, grantee, whose
address is P.O. Box 2331, Pinedale, Wyoming, 82941, the following described
real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 125, Spring Canyon Ranch, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances appertaining
thereto and used in connection therewith;
SUBJECT TO reservations and restrictions contained in the United
States patents, to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use, to pnor
mineral reservations of record and to all other matters of public record.
