for good and valuable considerations, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby convey and warrant unto
SALT RIVER HOMES, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, as GRANTEE,
whose address is P. O. Box 51535, Idaho Falls, ID 83405, and Grantee's successors and assigns, all of the following described real property, to-wit:
Lot 165 and the Westerly 96.77 feet of Lot 164, Nordic Ranches, Division No. 11, Lincoln County, Wyoming, described more
particularly as:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 165, Nordic Ranches, Division No. 11, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running
