estate situate in Unooln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State to-wit:

Together with all water rights, mineral rights, buildings, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto
Subjec:t to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record, of sight or in

Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368, 2000
location for the Southeast Corner of the SW1/4 of said
Section 34;
thence N1°14'32"E, along the East line of said SW1/4,
1,323.38 feet to the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 2002
location for the Southwest Corner of the N1/2SE1/4 of said
