KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT: That F st Interstate Bank, the owner and holder of
that certain mortgage executed by Brett Charles & Grac Stillman dated November 8, 2006, and
recorded on November 13, 2006 in Official Records Book 63 , pages 794, as Instrument No. 92484, of the
Public Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, securing pa ent of the sum of $25,436.00, and promises
and obligations set forth in said mortgage, does hereby relea e the following described property from the
lien and encumbrance of said mortgage, to-wit:
Lot 1 of Kathleen K. Charles Family Exemption, a subdivision in Lincoln County, Wyoming
according to that plat filed in the Office of the County Clerk October 10, 2003 as Plat No.
