Joseph Rowan Hose and Lynsay Nicole Hose, husband and wife as tenants by the
entirety, Grantors, whose address is PO Box 491, Thayne, WY 83127, for and in consideration of
other valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid, convey and warrant to Joseph R.
Hose and Lynsay N. Hose, Trustees, or their successors in trust, under THE HOSE FAMILY
TRUST dated June 6, 2008, for the benefit of Joseph R. Hose and Lynsay N. Hose and their
heirs, Grantee, whose address is PO Box 491, Thayne, WY 83127, the following described real
estate:
The property described on the Corrective Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 569, Page 198
as Document No. 903427 on record with the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer,
Wyoming a copy of which is attached hereto.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantors hereby
covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are
:ITee :ITom encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state.
