Hose and their heirs, Grantee, whose address is PO Box 491, Thayne, WY 83127, the following described real estate: The property described on the Corrective Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 569, Page 198 as Document No. 903427 on record with the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming a copy of which is attached hereto. Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are :ITee :ITom encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
