QUITCLAIM DEED

Charles H. Dana and Elaine H. Dana, husband and wife, and as Trustees of the Charles
H. Dana Revocable Trust dated August 8, 1990, as Amended, of Thayne, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, grantors, for and in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), and other
valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknovvledged, CONVEY and
QUITCLAIM to Kelly J. Hebdon and Ellen R. Hebdon, husband and wife, as tenants by the
entireties, of 294 Dana Street, Thayne, WY 83117, grantees, all interest in the following described
real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
That portion of the N1/2SE1/4 of Section 23, T34N, R119W, of the 6th P.M.,
Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as more particularly described on Exhibit A
attached and incorporated herein by this reference.
SUBJECT TO all covenants, easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and
rights of way of sight or record.

and Elaine H. Dana, to me personally known, who, being by me duly sworn and put upon their
oaths, did say that they are the trustees of the Charles H. Dana Revocable Trust dated August 8,
1990, as Amended, described in and which executed the foregoing instrument; that said instrument
was signed and sealed on behalf of said trust; that said trustees had the authority under the terms
of the written trust instrument to execute the instrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustees
acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said trust.

the 6th P.M., Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and
bounds being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast Corner of the Jensen property,
as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 545, on Page
188, said Point of Beginning being 1,346.74 feet
N88°36'10"W, along the North line of said N1/2SE1/4, from
the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698 1995 location for the Northeast
Corner of said N1/2SE1/4 and 195.98 feet Sl023'50"W
perpendicular to said North line;
thence N84°44'01"E 109.07 feet;
thence S3°52'42"E 68.90 feet;
thence S88°12'26"W 115.15 feet to the Southeast corner of
said Jensen property;
thence Nlo40'52"E, along the East line of said Jensen
property, 62.36 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing'
