NOTICE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, it is hereby made of public
record that on the 12th day of June, 2008, HORIZON COMMUNICATIONS, INC., a
Wyoming Corporation, P.O. Box 226, Freedom, Wyoming 83120, hereinafter referred to
as "Mortgagor", mortgaged to REX K. RADFORD AND LINDA P. RADFORD,
husband and wife, P.O. Box 5023, Etna, Wyoming 83118, and their heirs and assigns,
hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagee", certain real property located in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, more specifically described below, upon the terms and conditions set forth in
said Mortgage.
All of that property that conveyed to Seller by Warranty Deed that
was recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on July 1,
1999 in Book 432 PR at Page 426 as Instrument No. 859665, more
particularly described as follows:
All of Lots 7,8,9, 10,23,24,25, and 26 in Block 4, in the VanNoy
Park Townsite, in the Town of Thayne, in the County of Lincoln, in the
State of Wyoming, as the same appears of record on the maps and plats on
file and of record in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-officio
Registrar of Deeds, in and for the Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and
appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements,
and rights-of-way of record or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagor and said Mortgagee have
hereunto signed and sealed this Notice of Mortgage on this, the 13th day of June, 2008.
