of business located at Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantor, for the consideration of TEN
AND NO/100 DOLLARS.($10.00) and other valuable considerations, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS
to Burtis L. Roberts and Teresa Roberts, Trustees of the Burt and Teresa Roberts Family Trust,
dated the 1st day of January, 2008, for an undivided 1/2 interest, of PO Box 393, Freedom, WY
83120, Gale Lynn Roberts, Trustee of the Gale Lynn Roberts Family Living Trust dated October 30,
2007, for an undivided 1/4 interest, of PO Box 739, Thayne, WY 83127, and Eugene D. Roberts,
Trustee of the Eugene D. Roberts Family Living Trust dated October 30, 2007, for an undivided 1/4
interest, of PO Box 739, Thayne, WY 83127, grantees, all interest in the following described real
estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
Lot 1 of the OK Corral Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the
official plat thereof.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming,
