other valuable considerations, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM to James Darrell Hunting and Camille
R. HLlnting, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, grantees, of 190 Robinson Lane,
Bedford, WY 83112, all interest in the following described real estate, situate in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
Lot 1 of the Bruce Robinson Family Exempt SLlbdivision as said lot is laid out and
described on the official plat of said subdivision.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
