($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, CONVEY AND
WARRANT TO SHANE NEHER of 1805 New Mexico St., Green River, Wyoming
82935, GRANTEES, as tenants by the entirety, the following described real estate situate
in Lincoln COWlty, Wyoming hereby releasing and waiving all rights Wlder and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 56 minus sixty (60) feet on the South end of the Eiden Addition to the town of La
Barge, Wyoming, Lincoln COWlty, as the same appears on the official plat thereof filed
for record in the office of the COWlty Clerk, Lincoln COWlty, Wyoming;
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereto appertaining;
SUBJECT TO reservations, restrictions, covenants and exceptions of record and those
contained in the United States patents;
SUBJECT TO prior mineral reservations of record; and
SUBJECT TO easements and rights of way of record, in use and of sight.
