CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to the extent provided below, but not otherwise, to BEVERLY S.
LUND, or her successor, as Trustee of THE BEVERLY S. LUND TRUST, ("Grantee"), u/d/t dated
March 17, 1992, as amended, and to ORIN L. LUND, or his successor, as Trustee of THE ORIN L.
LUND TRUST, ("Grantee"), u/dlt dated March 17, 1992, as amended, for good and valuable
consideration, an undivided one-half interest each as tenants-in-common in and td the following
described real property in Lincoln County, Wyoming:

Lot 251 in Lake View Estates Incorporated Trace (A), a subdivision of
the S ~ SE Y4 of Section 29, Township 37 North, Range 110 West of the
6th P.M.
The Grantor warrants only against encumbrances and defects in title existing at the
time the Grantor took title to the above-described real property which were insured by any policy of
title insurance issued to the Grantor. Said warranty shall be limited to the extentof coverage
available under such policy.
