Lancaster Family Revocable Trust, dated August 19, 2005, Dennis W. Lancaster and
Leslie D. Lancaster, Trustees, A. Clyde Lancaster and Gladys Lancaster, husband
and wife, W. Rex Lancaster and Beverly Lancaster, husband and wife, and Karl and
Eva Lee Larson, husband and wife, Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to W. Rex Lancaster and Beverly
Lancaster, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, whose address is 2401 N Dustin
#213, Farmington, NM 87401, an undivided 50% interest and Eva Lee Larson, whose

as tenants in common, Grantees, in the property which is described as follows:
That property as described on Exhibit "A", a copy of which is attached hereto
and by this reference made a part hereof.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all
other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
