KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the Dennis W. and Leslie D.
Lancaster Family Revocable Trust, dated August 19, 2005, Dennis W. Lancaster and
Leslie D. Lancaster, Trustees, A. Clyde Lancaster and Gladys Lancaster, husband
and wife, W. Rex Lancaster and Beverly Lancaster, husband and wife, and Karl and
EvaLee Larson, husband and wife, Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to the Clyde and Gladys Lancaster
Family Revocable Trust, dated December 27, 2007, A. Clyde Lancaster and Gladys
Lancaster, Trustees, whose address is 332 State Hwy. 241, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the
property which is described as follows:
That property as described on Exhibit "A", a copy of which is attached hereto
and by this reference made a part hereof.

TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all
other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.

BEGINNING at the northeast spike of that tract of record in said Office in
Book 647 of Photostatic Records on page 810, on the east line of said NY2S Y2,
SOUTH 416.57 feet, from the northeast comer thereof;
thence S88°-36'-32"W, 321.72 feet, along the north line of said tract, to the
northwest point thereof;
thence SOUTH, 207.61 feet, along the west line of said tract, to a point;
thence S89°-31 '-48"W, 2349.05 feet, along a line parallel with the north line of
said N~S~, to a point on an existing irrigation pipeline;
thence NOoo-I7'-36"E, 629.39 feet, along said irrigation pipeline, to a point on
