Lancaster Family Revocable Trust, dated August 19, 2005, Dennis W. Lancaster and
Leslie D. Lancaster, Trustees, A. Clyde Lancaster and Gladys Lancaster, husband
and wife, W. Rex Lancaster and Beverly Lancaster, hLlsband and wife, and Karl and
Eva Lee Larson, husband and wife, Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to the Forest Dell Ranch, LLC.,
whose address is P.O. Box 1589, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the property which is described
