QUITCLAIM DEED KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Ü00727 LINCOLN COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, acting for and in behalf of the Public, GRANTOR, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, herein CONVEYS and QUITCLAIMS unto ARTHUR CARLOS AND INGRID CARLOS, TRUSTEES OF THE CARLOS TRUST DATED JANUARY 15,2004, GRANTEE, who address is 4009 Del Monte Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada 89102, all public interest in or to the following described teal property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to wit: That part of the PRATER CANYON ESTATES UNIT NO.2 SUBDIVISION of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, filed as Plat No. 167, with boundaries described as follows; BEGINNING at the northeasterly comer of Lot 38 of the said subdivision; and running THENCE S 69°24'54" W, along the southerly edge of Moose Lane, a record distance of298.86 feet to the beginning of a circular curve to the right; THENCE, continuing along the southerly edge of Moose Lane, along the said circular curve, a distance of 43.65 feet through a delta angle of 4°48'36", with a radius of 520.00 feet, to a point where is found an aluminum cap survey monument marked PEILS 698 on rebar post; THENCE N 15°02'06" W, across Moose Lane a distance of 40.00 feet to the northerly edge thereof, where is found another aluminum cap survey monument marked PEILS 698; THENCE along a circular curve to the left a distance of 40.30 feet through a delta angle of 4°38'46", with a radius of 480.00 feet, to the southwesterly comer of Lot 40 of the said subdivision; THENCE N 69°24'54" E, along the northerly edge of Moose Lane, a distance of245.05 feet to a point along a projection of the easterly line of Lot 38; THENCE S 20°35'06" E, across Moose Lane, a distance of 40.00 feet to the point of beginning; ENCLOSING a (vacated) portion of Moose Lane with enclosed area of 0.322 acres, more or less.
