LTD., more fully described in, among other things, a Mortgage, Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment of Leases duly recorded in the Official Public Records of Real Property of LINCOLN County, Wyoming; said Note being secured by, among other things, such Mortgage against the property in LINCOLN County, Wyoming as described as follows: Part of Lot 610C of Lakeview Estates Incolporated, Tracts A-F, LINCOLN County, Wyoming, on 1anuary 5, 1965, as Receiving No. 386448, as Plat No. 157, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point which is S29°0S'W, 772.00 feet ftom the Northwest comer of SEY4, Section 29, T37N, R118W of the íf' PM, LINCOLN County, Wyoming and running thence S63OW, 205.00 feet; then N27°W, 211.3 feet to right of way of U.S. Highway 89. thence Northeast along right of way U.S. Highway 89 around curve thereof to a point which is N27°W, 231.6 feet ftom begimúng point; thence N27~, 231.6 feet to the point of beginning, for a good and valuable consideration paid to the undersigned, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has TRANSFERRED and ASSIGNED, GRANTED and CONVEYED and by these presents TRANSFERS, ASSIGNS, GRANTS and CONVEYS unto (,,0001.5 SOUTIIWEST GUARANTY PARTNERS, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, whose address is 1313 Campbell Road, Building D, Houston, Texas 77055, the· Note, together with (i) all liens, and any superior title, held by the undersigned securing the payment thereof, and (ii) the other loan documents executed in connection with such indebtedness. There remains unpaid upon the Note the original principal sum thereof, together with interest :trom the date of execution thereof. This transfer and assigmnent is without recourse or warranty, express or implied, upon or by the undersigned. The undersigned expressly waives and releases any and aU rights that the undersigned may now or hereafter have to establish or enforce said lien or liens as security for the payment of any other or future indebtedness.
