RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Alvin and Alice Robinson Family Trust,
does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of April 16, 2008 made and executed
by Phylis Nield Hillstead, as mortgagor(s) to Alvin and Alice Robinson Family Trust as
mortgagee(s) conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment
of$345,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the
County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deed of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
May 8, 2007 in Book 657PR, Page 228 mortgaging the following described real estate in
said County, to wit:
Part of Lot 3 of Block 3 of the ACton Townsite being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of Lot Three (3), in Block Three (3); of Afton
Townsite, and running thence East 135 feet;

thence South 250 feet, to the place of beginning.
