Fred J. Fagergren and Donna L. Fagergren, Trustees of the Fred J. Fagergren and Donna
L. Fagergren Trust dated September 15, 2003, grantors, of 2324 Bryson Circle, Santa Clara, UT
84765, for the consideration of TEN AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
considerations, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM to Marilyn K. Rainey, Successor Trustee of the L. D.
Kennington and Lamoine Kennington Revocable Trust dated August 3, 1988, of PO Box 340, Afton,
WY 83110, grantee, all interest in the following described real estate, situate in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming:
Lot 1 and Lot 3 of the Kennington Family Estates, a Family Exempt Subdivision within
the GLO Lot 3 (NW1/4NE1/4), SW1/4NE1/4, and SE1/4NW1/4 of Section 22, T31 N,
R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to the official plat thereof filed in the
office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming, on January 29, 2007,

TOGETHER WITH that certain Easement - North Sprague Creek Drive dated
January 31, 2000, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on February
16, 2000, in Book 441 PR, page 570, and as more particularly depicted on said plat.
OTHERWISE TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions,
restrictions, reservations, and rights-of-way of sight or record.
THIS IS A FAMILY EXEMPTION CONVEYANCE UNDER W.S. 18-5-303(a)(i).
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.

was signed and sealed on behalf of said trust; that said trustees had the authority under the terms of
the written trust instrument to execute the instrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustees
acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said trust.
