RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of July 18,
2003, and executed byEric Dann R. Vivier and Carol A. Vivier, Husband and Wife, a mortgage
conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $5,200.00,
mortgage was recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk and ex-officio Registered Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 11th day of September, 2003, in Book # 534 of
Mortgages, at Page # 360 as Document Number # 893301and pertaining to the following
described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate

of Star Valley that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and
that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of
Directors, and said Vice President acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said
corporation.
