For Value Received Security Financial Fund, LLC, hereby sell, assign and transfer unto
Bank of the Cascades, Custodian for the Roy Barrett IRA,
to secure the payment of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($450.000.00) and interest,
recorded June 3. 2005. Instrument No. 908945 in Book 587PR on page 208 of Lincoln County
public records, Wyoming, together with the note or notes thereby secured and the money due and
to become due thereon with interest, with full power to said assignee to use all legal and lawful
means for the recovery of same, as fully and to all intents and purposes the same as might be
done by the assignor thereof.
