("~antor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt ofw~ch is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, convey and warrant unto Lower Valley Ener~, a Cooperative Corporation, of~on
and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assigns, ("Grantees"), a pe~em~ easement ~d fi~t
of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the
electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained

a line described as follows, to wit: ,
BEING a part of the NEll4, Section 5, T30N, R118W, Parcel SA, as Record of"Stayner W.
Call Plat of Tracts", and filed in The Office of The Clerk of Lincoln Coun~ as Plat No.76-E,
more particularly described as follows:
BEG~NING at a point N 69° W 50 feet from the Southeast corner of said Parcel SA.
Thence N 32° E 61 feet to a point.
Thence N ~o E 363 feet to a point.
ThenCe N 7° W 229 feet to a point.

EASEMENT to include 10 feet on each side of described line,
Together with all necessa~ and reasonable .rights of ingress ~d egress and to excavate and refill
ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees,
shmbbe~, undergro~h or other obstructions inte~ering with the repair and maintenance of the
facilities: The Grantor ac~owledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (E~) ~'e naturally occu~ng
in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that E~ testing and
information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and
other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the
prope~y of the ~antee, removable at the option of the Grantee. We hereby release and waive all
rights under and by vi~ue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
