KNOW ALL MEN BY mESE PRESENTS, that Enid W. Allred, Grantor, of Afton, Wyoming, for and
in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to:

All rights, including a life estate for the life of ENID W. ALLRED, recorded by a Warranty Deed on
September 16, 1982 in Book 192PR, Page 2, Instrument number 584488 to the following described real
estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under the
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to wit:
In Section 19, the SE Y4 NE Y4 and beginning at a point which is 4 rods west of the Southeast
Corner of Lot 1, Section 19, and running thence North 23 rods; thence West 4 rods; thence South
23 rods; thence East 4 rods, to the point of beginning, all in Township 31 North, Range 119 West
ofthe 6th P.M. Wyoming.
ALSO:
In Section 19, Lot 1, also described as the NE Y4 NE Y4. EXCEPTING therefrom, Beginning at a
point which is 4 rods West of the Southeast Comer of said Lot 1, and running thence North 23
rods; thence West 4 rods; thence South 23 rods; thence East 4 rods, to the point of beginning, all in
Township 31 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Wyoming.
