Modification of Mortgage Agreement
This Modification of Mortgage is dated June 17, 2008 between Bruce Davis and Daniel Allphin
(referred to below as "Borrower"), whose address is 4841 Jonathan Rd" Highland, UT 84003 and Pioneer
Builders of Nevada (referred to below as "Lender"), whose address is 225 S, Cordova Ave, LeCenter, MN
56057.

Whereas, the Borrower and Lender have entered into a mortgage dated August 23,2007, (the
"Mortgage"), which was recorded on August 24, 2007 in Book 669, page 879, as instrument No. 932460 in the
records of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds For Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
Whereas, the Borrower has requested the Lender modify the Mortgage to extend the date of the final
payment to August 23 of 2009,
Now Therefore, the Borrower and Lender agree to amend and modify the Mortgage to reflect the
DATE OF FINAL PAYMENT as August 23,2009
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements,
appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter as part of the property, All replacements and additions shall also
be covered by the Mortgage. All of the foregoing is referred to in the Mortgage as the "Property,"
2, CONTINUING VALIDITY.
Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Mortgage shall remain unchanged and in
full force and effect. Consent by the Lender to this Modification does not waive Lenders right to require strict
performance of the Mortgage as changed above or obligate Lender to make any future modifications, Nothing
in this modification shall constitute a satisfaction of the promissory note secured by the Mortgage (the "Note").
It is the intention of Lender to retain as liable all parties to the Mortgage and all parties, makers and endorsers
to the Note, including accommodation parties, unless a party is expressly released by Lender in Writing. Any
maker or endorser, including accommodation makers, shall not be released by virtue of this Modification.
EACH BORROWER ACKNOWLEDGES HAVING READ ALL THE PROVISIONS OF THIS MODIFICATION
OF MORTGAGE, AND EACH BORROWER AGREES TO ITS TERMS.
