Grantees: The property being conveyed hereunder is conveyed in equal and undivided
one-fourth (1/4) interests to the fOllowing per-sons:

Consideration:
$10.00 and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged.
Property (including any improvements):
The interests in oil, gas and other minerals in, on, under and that may be
produced from the property described on attached Exhibit A, which is incorporated
herein by reference.
Exceptions to Conveyance and Warranty:
This conveyance is expressly made subject to all valid, presently recorded oil and
gas leases, unitization agreements, and other instruments that affect the property; and
taxes for 2008 and subsequent years.

Conveyance of Property:

Grantor, for the consideration and subject to the exceptions to conveyance and
warranty, grants, sells, and conveys to Grantee the property, together with all and singular
the rights and appurtenances thereto in any wise belonging, to have and hold it to Grantee,
Grantee's successors or assigns forever. Grantor binds Grantor and Grantor's successors
and assigns to warrant and forever defend all and singular the property to Grantee and
Grantee's heirs, executors, administrators, and successors against every person
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, except as to the
exceptions to conveyance and warranty, when the claim is by, through, or under the
Grantor but not otherwise.
For the same consideration stated above, Grantor does hereby grant and convey to
Grantee, all of Grantor;s rights to oil, gas and other minerals and in all roYé;llty interests
pertaining to property situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and all other rights, privileges,
and appurtenances owned by Grantor and in any way related to such interests and to the
Property hereby conveyed, including without limitation, all of Grantor's rights under any
existing lease or leases for oil, gas or other minerals (all such rights being referred to
herein as the "Additional Interests"); provided, however, that the conveyance of the
Additional Interests by Grantor is made without warranty of title of any nature whatsoever
and Grantor hereby expressly excludes and disclaims any warranty of title as to the
Additional Interests.
When the context requires, singular nouns and pronouns include the plural.

EXHIBIT A
An undivided 1/2 of 1/12 of 9/11 of 1/2 of the following:

1. A certain 1/8 interest in and to the oil, gas and other minerals in and under and that
may be produced from a certain 760.19 acres, more or less, in Lincoln County,
Wyoming described as Lot 2, NE/4 of NW/4, S/2 of NE/4, SE/4, W/2 of NW/4, SE/4
of NW/4, NW/4 of SW/4 of Section 21; and the S/2 of NW/4, N/2 of SW/4, SE/4 of
SW/4, W/2 of SE/4 of Section 33, all out of Township 30 N, Range 118 West of the
6th P.M;
all of which Grantor having succeeded to the interest of John B. Holmes, deceased, as
described in that certain correction affidavit regarding the estate of John B. Holmes filed for
record on June 14, 1989 in Book 274PR, Page 510 of the Real Property Records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
