Lorene E. Johnson, Successor Trustee of the Pyle Family Exemption Trust
originally dated September 1, 1978, an Amended Certificate of which Trust is filed with the
Lincoln County Clerk and Recorder of Deeds at Book 6 q g Page /5 d... Grantor, for the
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, conveys and
quitclaims to Randall E. and Elisabeth Pyle, Trustees of the Randall E. & Elisabeth Pyle 2004
Trust, of 17309 Montero, San Diego, CA 92128, Grantees, their successors and assigns, all
right, title and interest as the Trust may have to an undivided one-half (1/2) interest in and to all
minerals, including oil and gas, that may be produced from the following-described land:
Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein; and
Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein;
to have and to hold the same for their use forever, subject to all easements, reservations,
restrictions and covenants of record.
The undersigned releases and waives all rights under the homestead exemptions laws of
the State of Wyoming as they may apply to the property being conveyed.
