Lorene E. Johnson, Successor Trustee of the Pyle Family Exemption Trust
originally dated September 1, 1978, an Amended Certificate of which Trust is fIled with the
Lincoln County Clerk and Recorder of Deeds at Book 6 9 ð Page /5'd., Grantor, for the
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, conveys and
quitclaims to Alan H. Johnson and Lorene E. Johnson, Trustees of the Johnson Family 2008
Trust of 2144 Fallen Leaf Lane, Fallbrook California 92028, Grantees, their successors and
assigns, all right, title and interest as the Trust may have to an undivided one-half (1/2) interest
in and to all minerals, including oil and gas, that may be produced from the following -described
land:
Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein; and
Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein;
to have and to hold the same for their use forever, subject to all easements, reservations,
restrictions and covenants of record.
For purposes of accounting for the Johnson Family 2008 Trust, these interests will be
identified as SSN 547-64-3220.
The undersigned releases and waives all rights under the homestead exemptions laws of
the State of Wyoming as they may apply to the property being conveyed.
