KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Vickie L. Simpson, grantor, of
County of Salt Lake, and State of Utah, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has hereby remised, released and forever quitclaimed unto Doyle J.
Simpson, grantee, his heirs assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand, as she may have or ought to have, in or to all the
following described property, to-wit:
See Description in Real Estate Sales Agreement attached hereto as
Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.
SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances
thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
