WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this 'Z---"'Þ day of June, 2008, between HERBERT T.
ADAMS, Grantor, whose post office address is 8645 N.W. 63rd Street, Ocala, Florida 34482 and
ADAMS FAMILY INVESTMENT PROPERTIES, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company,
whose post office address is 8645 N.W. 63rd Street, Ocala, Florida, 34482, Grantee. (Wherever
used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to the instrument and the
heirs, legal representatives and assigns of the individuals, and the successors and assigns of
corporations).
WITNESSETH, that said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum ofTEN and 00/100
($10.00) DOLLARS, and other good and valuable considerations, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms
unto Grantee all that certain land situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:

recorded on December 15, 2006, at Document Number 925355,
Map Number 294-A, in the Office of the Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Property Appraiser's Tax Serial Number: 12-3718-29-2-00-017.00.
SUBJECT TO:
1. Taxes for 2008 and subsequent years;
2. Easements, Reservations and Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions of record, if any.
TOGETHER, with all the tenanments, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with Grantee that Grantor is lawfully seized of said
land in fee simple; that the Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said
land, and hereby warrants the title to said land and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except taxes
and assessments accruing subsequent to December 31, 2007.
Grantor and Grantee are used for singular or plural, as context requires.
