HomeMy WebLinkAbout940307 ,;. 6010716212 COURT OFFICER'S DEED 000230 WHEREAS, the Third Judicial District Court of Lincoln County, Wyoming, has heretofore and on the 19th day of May, 2008, duly entered an Order, in the following probate file, authorizing and directing Stacy Baker, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Keith William Melcher, Deceased, Probate No. PR 2005-30 DC, to execute and deliver a deed as to certain real estate, as hereinafter described, upon the performance of certain conditions by Grantee; and WHEREAS, all conditions precedent set forth and referred to in said Order of Court have now been fully complied with by Grantee; NOW, THEREFORE, Stacy Baker, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Keith William Melcher, Deceased, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof being hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto Ryan Merritt, Grantee, all of said estate's right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate to-wit: Lot 25 ofthe Salt River Heights Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as the same appears on the official plat thereof recorded in the County Clerks Office for Lincoln County, Wyoming; TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereunto appertaining; SUBJECT TO: reservations, restrictions and exceptions of record and those contained in United States patents; SUBJECT TO: prior mineral reservations of record; SUBJECT TO: easements and/or rights of way of record, in use or of sight. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
