COMES NOW, Bank of the West, acting through its Vice President, Russell J Barney,
whose address is 452 Settlement Drive, Victor, Idaho, who being duly sworn, on oath
according to law, does hereby make the following statement, of facts and affirm:
1. That Bank ofthe West is a mortgagee ofthat tract ofland contained in
RAWLINGS NORTH SUBDNISION, (FORMERLY, Robert Rawlings Family
Exemption, Parcel Division) of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County as receiving document number 935732.
2. That the mortgage is of record in the said Office in Book 698 of Photostatic
Records on page 325.
3. That the plat for RAWLINGS NORTH SUBDIVISION has been examined and
accepted by the mortgagee.
4. That said mortgagee hereby consents and concurs in the land described in
paragraph (1.) and the filing ofthe RAWLINGS NORTH SUBDNISION plat
and all easements shown thereon.
5. That affixing its signature to this Affidavit has the same effect as ifthe actual plat
for RAWLINGS NORTH SUBDIVISION were actually signed by Bank ofthe
West as mortgagee.
