RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE (BY CORPORATION)
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Jackson State Bank & Trust, a
corporation of the County of Teton and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage,
bearing date the 2nd day of Apri12, 2008, made and executed by Brian Carter and Lorene Carter, husband
and wife, as tenants by the entireties, as Mortgagors, to The Jackson State Bank & Trust, as Mortgagee,
conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $3,500.00 as therein stated,
which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 8th day of April, 2008, in Book 691 of Mortgages, at page 536,
and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:

is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged;
and in consideration thereof th.e said Mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said Mortgagor
the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Jackson State Bank & Trust has caused these Presents to be
signed by its Senior Vice President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 24th day of June, 2008.

On this 24th day of June, 2008, before me personally appeared Lenny Roehrkasse to me personally known,
who being by me duly sworn did say that, he is the Senior Vice President of the Jackson State Bank &
Trust, and that the seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said corporation, and that said
instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said corporation by authority of its Board of Directors and
said Lenny Roehrkasse acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said corporation.
