ALSO, a parcel of land being part of dedicated Gomer Street (originally East Ninth Street) of the 1942 plat of the Town of Diamondville, Wyoming and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Block 26 of the 1942 plat of the Town of Diamondville, Wyoming; thence South 78°56' West, 140.00 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 10 of said Block 26; thence South 11 °04' East along an extension of the East alley line of said Block 26, 60.00 feet; thence North 78°56' along the extension of the South boundary line of said Gomer Street, 123.64 feet to a point on the East boundary line of the 1942 plat of the Town of Diamondville; thence North 27°10'02" East (North 27°04' East record) 26.44 feet along said East boundary line of said 1942 plat to a point which is the intersection of an extension of the West boundary line of Star Avenue (formerly East Second Avenue) of said 1942 plat; thence North 11 °04' West along said West extension line of said Star Avenue, 39.23 feet to the Point of Beginning.
