Know all persons by these presents that Remy Levy and Catherine Kehr, husband and wife, as
joint tenants with full rights of survivorship, of P.O. Box 291, Jackson, Wyoming 83001
(collectively the "Grantors"), for ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby Convey and Warrant
unto Kehr Levy LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, with its principal mailing address
at P.O. Box 291, Jackson, Wyoming 83001 (the "Grantee"), the following described real
property situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as
follows:
Lot 31 of Alpine Village Subdivision, No.1, Plat 2, amended, according to that plat filed
of record in the Office of the County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Together with and including all oil, gas, and other mineral rights owned by Grantors, and
all other appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to taxes and all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, rights and rights-of-way of
sight and/or record.
Furthermore, know all persons by these presents that the Grantors do hereby waive and release
all right under and by virtue 0 e Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming.
