corporation, of the County of Minnehaha and State of South Dakota. does hereby certify that
Mortgage, bearing date the 4th day of December, 2002 made and executed by Robert Erickson
and Julie Erickson, husband & wife, as Mortgagors, to First National Bank - West, as Mortgagee,
conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $72,500.00 as
therein stated, which Mortgage was recorded in the office ofthe County Clerk and Ex-Officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, on the 10th day of December, 2002 in Book
506 of Mortgages, at Page 663 mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-
wit:
"All lands described in said mortgage"
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
