He/~e~) ~' r- C,()L. ~l (:()ljf.~:~:,~ CLERK Section 28, T35N, Rll9W DISTRIBUTION EASEMENT d[:'2f,~jf,j~ ~,,, .-,, .-~ KNOW ~L ~N BY T~SE P~SENT: '"'" That ~, the undersigned, HAL ~. ~E~ER and JANN ~E~ER, husband & wife, ("Gr~tor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby ~ant, convey and wa~ant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporatio:, of ~on and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assigns, ("Grantees"), a perpetual easement and right of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed ~d toast,ned under, upon and across the premises of Grantor in L~COLN County, State of WYOM~G along a line described as follows, to wit: BErG a part of Lot 4 of Section 28, T35N, Rll9W, of the 6th P.M., in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more pa~icularly described as follows: BEGINN~G at a point on the North property line of said Lot 4, said point located No~h 653 feet and East 135 feet from the BLM type monument found marking the closing corner between Section 28, Section 33 and Idaho, where an electric power pole will be installed with an guy wire and anchor extending S 50© E, 15 feet into said Lot. EASEMENT to include 10 feet on each side of described line. Together with all necessa~ and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees, shmbbe~, undergro'~h or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the facilities. The Grantor ac~owledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (E~) ~e natur~ly occu~ng in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that E~ testing and in~brmation is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee.
