Know all persons by these presents that David W. Currie and Paula D. Currie, husband and wife,
as tenants by the entireties, Grantors, of PO Box 1244, Afton, WY 83110, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, Convey and Warrant to the Paula D. Currie Revocable Trust
dated May 29, 2008, and any amendments thereto, David W. Currie and Paula D. Currie,
Trustees, Grantee, of PO Box 1244, Afton, WY 83110, all of Grantor's interests in and to the
following described real estate which is located in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State, to-wit:
Lot 1, Aspen Hill Subdivision, according to that plat or record in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming.
Including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances
and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, and any rights of grantor to minerals
thereunder, but subject to taxes, assessments, covenants, conditions, restrictions,
reservations, rights~of-way, easements and other similar encumbrances of sight or record.
