KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Jackson State Bank & Trust, a
corporation of the County of Teton and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage
bearing date the 17th day of January, 2006, made and executed by Wright Properties, LLC., a Wyoming
Limited Liability Company, as Mortgagor, to The Jackson State Bank & Trust, as Mortgagee, conveying
certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $170,250.00 as therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on the 18th day of January, 2006, in Book 609 of Mortgages, atpage 896-901,
and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"

said Cathy Toolson acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said corporation.
