The Town of Afton, a Wyoming municipal corporation, Grantor, for and in
consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND FOREVER QŒT
CLAIMS to the Afton Economic Development Corporation, a Wyoming nonprofit
corporation, its successors and assigns forever, the following described real estate
situated in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 1 Old Fairgrounds Addition to the Town of Afton, Wyoming
Lot 2 Old Fairgrounds Addition to the Town of Afton, Wyoming
Lot 6 Old Fairgrounds Addition to the Town of Afton, Wyoming
Lot 7 Old Fairgrounds Addition to the Town of Afton, Wyoming
Lot 8 Old Fairgrounds Addition to the Town of Afton, Wyoming
Lot 9 Old Fairgrounds Addition to the Town of Afton, Wyoming
TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT TO:· All Easements, Exceptions, Restrictions,
Reservations, Rights-of-Way, Improvements and Conditions of sight and or record.
