KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PlC{ESENTS that Obrey Jo Conner aka
Obrey Jo Heiss, a single person of Cokeville, Wyoming Grantor(s), for and in
consideration of Ten ($10) Dollars and other valuable considerations in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledgecl, CONVEY AND QUIT CLAIM to Nathan
Craig Heiss Jr., a single person, Grantee(s) of Afton , Wyoming, the following
described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State,to wit:
Lots 10 and 11 of the Quadros First Addition to the Town of
Cokeville, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat therof.
