LILA W. BOYER, individually and Trustee, and her successors in trust, under the LILA
W. BOYER LIVING TRUST dated the 4th day of March 1994, restated the 29th day of January
2001, and any amendments thereto, of P.O. Box 647, Jackson, WY 83001, hereinafter referred to
as "Grantor for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND
WARRANTS to The SKIPPY BOYER LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, A Wyoming Limited
Partnership, of P.O. Box 647, Jackson, WY 83001, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee the
following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving
and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to wit:
Lot 1, Mountain Shadows Subdivision, Etna, Wyoming
Including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging, and any rights
of grantor to minerals thereunder, but subject to taxes, assessments, covenants,
conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights -of -way, easements and other similar
encumbrances of sight or record.
FURTHERMORE, GRANTOR hereby waives and releases any and all rights that GRANTOR
may have in the aforementioned real property by virtue of, or arising under, the homestead laws
of the State of Wyoming.
DATED this 12th day of June 2001.
