DECREE AND ORDER ESTABLISHING RIGHT AND TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY
THIS MATTER having been brought to this Court by Application of Rex Helm,
Virgil Dee Helm, Brenda Prudent, William C. Helm, Carolyn Bowers and David Lloyd
Helm, for a Decree Establishing Right and Title to the Real Property hereinafter
described; and the Court having reviewed the application and other material on file
finds:
f:~l¡ 1. That Carol Cecil Helm became deceased on August 18, 2007 in the County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and that she was a resident of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming at the time of her death. The Decedent died intestate.
2. That the value of the entire estate of the Decedent, Carol Cecil Helm
including personal property does not exceed one hundred and fifty thousand dollars
($150,000.00).
3. That more than thirty days have elapsed since the date of death of the
Decedent.
4. That no application for appointment of a personal representative of said
Decedent is pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction.
5. That the applicants, Rex Helm, Virgil Dee Helm, Brenda Prudent, William C.
Helm, Carolyn Bowers and David Lloyd Helm, the named distributees are the only
persons entitled in the estate of the Decedent, having a right to succeed to the property
under the probate proceedings and that they are entitled to the delivery of the Decedent's

6. The description of the real property owned by the Decedent, Carol Cecil
Helm is as follows:
Beginning at a point which is the Southeast Corner of Lot One (1) in Block
One (1) in the Town of Smoot, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running
thence West eighteen and one-fourth (IB1f4) rods to the SW Corner of said
Lot One, thence North 113 feet, thence East 1B1f4 rods, thence South 113
feet to the point of beginning.
7· That notice of the application was duly published in the Star Valley
Independent on June 12, 200B and June 19, 200B.
B. That no objection has been filed to the application.
9· That at the time of Carol Cecil Helm's death, she was a widow, her husband
David William Helm having died on February 17, 19B3.
THEREFORE IT IS THEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED that all right, title and
interest in the above described real property be and is hereby vested in Rex Helm, Virgil
Dee Helm, Brenda Prudent, William C. Helm, Carolyn Bowers and David Lloyd Helm.
FURTHERMORE a certified copy of this decree may be recorded in the office of
the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and this decree and record thereof shall
be evidence of title to the property.
