KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Stanley F. Penrod and
Josephine E. Penrod, Husband and Wife of Grover, Wyoming, Grantor(s), for and in
consideration ofTen (10) Dollars and other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt
whe~eof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and QUIT CLAIM to: the Penrod
Revocable Family Trust, Dated June 1,2008, Grantee(s), the following described real
estate, situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit:
A tract ofland lying in the South Half of the Southwest Quarter (Sl/2SWl/4) of
Section Thirty-three (33), Township Thirty-three (33) North, Range 118 West of
the 6thp. M., Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is North 89057' East, 1253.02 feet ÍÌ'om a point
identified by two (2) witness comers as being the Southwest Comer of said
Section Thirty-three (33), and proceeding thence North 0003' West, 252.50 feet;
thence North 89057' East, 233.87 feet; thence South 1017' West, 103.00 feet;
thence South 28032' West, 170.28 feet; thence South 89°57' West, 150.00 feet to
the point of beginning, said tract containing 1.20 acres, more or less.
