I, Kathryn R. Kulinski, being first duly sworn upon my oath depose and state as
follows:
1. That I am the trustee named in the Kulinski Family Trust dated May 1, 2008.
3. That on May 30,2008 in Book 695PR on page 820 of records of Lincoln County
Clerk was recorded a Quit Claim Deed from Kathryn R. Kulinski Living Trust,
Dated September 26, 2001, Kathryn R. Kulinski, Trustee, to the Kulinski Family
Trust, Kathryn R. Kulinski, Trustee, conveying the following described land:

3. The Quit Claim Deed conveying the property to the trust was not properly
defined as required by W.S. 34-2-122 (1977) in that the date of the Trust was not shown.
The date of the Trust is May 1, 2008.
I, Kathryn R. Kulinski, do solemnly swear that we have read the foregoing Affidavit
subscribed by me; that I know the contents thereof and verily believe the statements
therein contained are true.
