The undersigned, Tolleson Private Bank ("Lender"), is the present legal and equitable owner and
holder of that certain Promissory Note (the ''Note'') dated September 08, 2005 in the original
principal amount of One Hundred Fifty Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($155,000.00),
executed by Heath Properties, L.P., such Note being secured by a lien evidenced by that certain
Mortgage of even date, executed by Heath Properties, L.P., filed of record on September 20,
2005, recorded in Book 598, Page 350, Official Public Records, Lincoln County, such Mortgage
being an encumbrance against that certain tract or parcel of land located in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, and being more fully described below:
Lot 15 of Shadow Dancer Estates, Lincoln County, Wyoming according to the plat filed August
11,2004 in the Office of the County Clerk as Plat No. 173-C
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged and confessed, Lender hereby RELEASES and DISCHARGES the Property from
the lien created by the Deed of Trust.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this instrument this Sth day of July,
