Bertha Turner, Trenna Turner, Kory H. Turner,
Chad H. Turner and Tauna Turner Merritt,
as Joint Tenants
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration ofTen and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and
by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto
Stephen Bret Bushnell, Trustee of the
George J. Bushnell Trust dated May 4, 1990
whose address is P.O. Box 4279, Bedford, WY 83122, heirs and assigns, forever
all such right, title interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I/we have,
ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all of the following described premises, to-wit:
That part of Section 32, T34N R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming described on
Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel entitled "Description for George J.
Bushnell Trust" dated 27 June 2008, revised 1 July 2008.

To-wit: - -
That part of the NE~NE~ of Section 32, T34N Rl18W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, it
being the intent to more correctly describe that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County in Book 569 of Photostatic Records on page 505, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the north line of said NEY4NEY4, WEST, 325.63
feet, from the northeast comer of said NEY4NEY4;
thence SOlo-26'-02"E, 662.13 feet, along an existing fence line, to a point at a fence comer
on the south line of the N7iNE~NEY4, identical with the north line of that tract of record in
said office in Book 651 of Photostatic Records on page 793;
thence S89°-57'-29"W, 41.77 feet, along said south line, to the northeast point of Lot 1 of
Pleasent View Subdivision, of record in said Office with Accession No. 886720;
thence continuing, S89°-57'-29"W, 300.59 feet, along said south line, identical with the
north line of said Lot 1, to a point;
thence NOO° -00'-33 "E, 662.17 feet, along an existing fence line, to a point on the north line
of said NEI/4NEl/4;
thence EAST, 325.67 feet, along said north line, to the POINT OF BEGINNING;
Encompassing an area of 5.08 acres, more or less.
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the n01ih line of the NE~ of Section 32, T34N
R1l8W, beingN89°-59'-58"E;
it is the intent of this description that the called-for monuments, and not the existing fence
lines, control the location of the property lines;
each "comer" found as described in the Comer Record filed or tQ be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate
details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "BUSHNELL ACRES, A SUBDIVISION WITHIN THE NE1I4NE1I4
SECTION 32 T34N Rl18W LINC N COUNTY, WYOMING", dated 26 May 2008, as
revised.
