A parcel of land being part of Tract 83 and Lots 3,10 and 11 and the Southeast Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 11 ofthe resurvey of Township 24 North, Range 117 West, of the
611. P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the corncl' Number 1 of Tract 72 of the resurvey of Township 24 North, Range
117 West, whel'e is found a standa 'd U.S.G.L.O. brass cap;
thence South 0025'02" West along the Easterly boundary line of said Tract 72, 1332.05 feet to
the Point of Beginning. Said Point of Beginning being monumented with a 2" Aluminum
cap on 5/8 inch diameter rebaI' with the cap stamped "CCI,PELS 5465,2007" and other
appropriate markings (said monument herein after referred to as a "reba ' with a CCI
Cap")
thence continuing South 0°25'02" West, along said Easterly boundary Une of said Tract
72, 630.66 feet to a point where is found a rebar with a CCI Cap. From said point corner
