grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does CONVEY
AND WARRANT to:
Waugh Revocable Family Trust dated 7/24/90
Dale E. Waugh and Cheryl L. Waugh, Trustees
grantees, whose mailing address is 3955 E. 80 S., New Harmony, UT 84757 the following
described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-
wit:
Lot 2006 of STAR VALLEY RANCH RV PARK PLAT ONE, SECOND FlUNG
as platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and rights-of-way
of record, of sight or in use.
