considerations in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does CONVEY
AND WARRANT to:
Michael C. Craiger and Sally A. Craiger as Joint Tenants
grantees, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 635 #155, Thayne, WY 83127 the following
described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-
wit:

as platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and rights-of-way
of record, of sight or in use.
